Can a person use the GNC Herbal Plus® Guarana 250mg twice a day?
A shopper on Nov 15, 2016
BEST ANSWER: yes, I do take 2 pills a day. some time even 3.. to be awake. but it is better in the morning. it contains caffeine, so better to avoid on afternoon and evenings.
Does GNC add extra caffeine to the Guarana herbal supplement, or does all of the caffeine come from the guarana?
A shopper on Jan 2, 2017
BEST ANSWER: No. I think what the bottle indicates is that 250 mg of Guarana seed extract (Paullinia cupana) is 36% caffeine which is equivalent to 90 mg's of caffeine.
What does the Herbal Plus stand for in the Guarana herbal supplement? Does it mean GNC puts something else in with the Gaurana?
