Origional flavor: great tasting if you mix it with grape or orange juice!
This is the real deal, and it is very healthy. I have went through at least a dozen tubs of Amazing Grass Green SuperFood Original Powder, and it consistently ranks as a #1 seller in the world of this type of product for a reason. As far as ingredients and quality goes, this is hands down the best greens powder that I have found. It is raw whole food. It contains organic (and non-GMO) wheat grass, barley grass, alfalfa, spirulina, spinach, chlorella and broccoli. Please see the label pictures at the top of the page for this product for a lot more information than I have provided. It is also very reasonably priced for what it is -- and it is very easy on my stomach!

Of course, taste is usually an issue with products such as this. My advice is this...if I mix it with water, then it is horrible...but when mixed with grape or orange juice, then it is quite drinkable. It is as simple as that. They can't really make a greens powder taste good, much as they may try, as they always seem to taste off to me. If they do make a greens powder taste good, then they dramatically dilute it down with other ingredients, and that defeats the purpose. Also, it is slightly gritty when mixed as some complain about, but that is unavoidable with a product like this.

I can understand it if it doesn't agree with someone's stomach or something like that, but here is no reason for taste or texture excuses. Just try mixing it with a strong flavored fruit juice, as I mentioned earlier, to help mask the taste (and orange juice with pulp helps mask the texture). That's probably not a perfect solution for everyone, but it truly makes a world of difference versus mixing it with water.

Besides, it's time to grow up! Isn't it?
