I have a lot of swelling and pain in my hands and fingers and had read where this herb can help alleviate the discomfort. I have been using it for at least 1 year and find that it does help, it has not cured the problem but It definitely has improved the mobility in my hands. I am always looking for more natural alternatives to over the counter pain medication. I would recommend this.

I've only been taking this for about 10 days now, but it seems to be very helpful. I was looking for an alternative to Prednisone and found this on-line. Share the information with my doctor and she agreed I should try it. It can't hurt and seems to help with inflammation. Have had no heavy coughing spells. So I'll keep it up. Researching I found this and it seems to have the highest amount of the ingredient.

I bought this for my 13.5 yo Weimaraner. She has terrible arthritis in her toes and spine. She also has some sundowners dementia. She has been taking this for 3 weeks and the change is astounding. She takes walks with us now. She hasn't walked much in about 6 months because of pain related to her arthritis. Her nightly restlessness and wandering around the house has stopped as well! She can jump up on the couch again after months of not even trying. I started using it for a previous whiplash injury that has caused intensive neck and muscular pain in my shoulders. I've not had to use NSAIDS since I started taking the Turmeric. I'm a nurse and my husband is a skeptical physician. He agrees the change in our Weim is amazing and can only be attributed to the Turmeric.
