With all of the research supporting the benefits of taking Vitamin D it only makes sense to take it. This would be especially true for those that live in areas that do not have much sun or places that during the year have seasons with little sun. I myself feel better when taking this supplement. I would recommend that people try it as i noticed feeling better and having more energy in the gym after only using this product for 2 weeks. I would suggest that trying it and getting just one bottle would be worth it as if it will help you, you will notice the results and improvements within using just the one bottle. Hope this is of some help to those trying to decide if its worth trying this product. Good luck with all of your efforts and dedication to becoming healthier and happier!!

GNC Vitamin D-3 2000 IU by GNC
I dislike that containers are not full. This one was filled to 2.5 inches, can hold another inch of pills. This is a waste of consumers money paying for larger container than needed!

Does what it claims
My doctor checked me for pre-diabetes vulnerability after 3 months of using this product. my results were outstanding. i am no longer in danger of becoming a diabetic. Of course I mixed diet and exercise while taking the D-3.

I just ordered this without looking closely at the ingredients: these have "Dicalcium phosphate" which is a calcium supplement commonly found in prepared breakfast cereals, in pharmaceuticals as an inert ingredient to bind tablets, and in toothpastes. However, too much dicalcium phosphate, or dicalcium phosphate taken in conjunction with other medications, can have negative consequences such as Effects on the skin, Gastrointestinal Effects, Exacerbation of Pre-Existing Conditions and Interactions with Other Drugs. Wonder if GNC will produce sometime in the future as a Vegetarian Capsule?
