Great Protein! Great Results!
I have used this protein for many years and it does not have a nasty taste. I mixed a scoop of protein with fresh fruits and juice in the blender, and it tastes wonderful. Its great for workouts and early morning awakening.

BEST ANSWER: You may use one scoop in the morning. I use one scoop in the morning with fresh strawberries and kiwi strawberry juice, I get energized and feel healthy. In addition, it all depends on the results you want to acquire when you work out.

is this a meal replacement, or am I suppose to eat too when drinking this? I'm not sure how to use it. I started it and i feel that i'm gaining weight when my goal is to loose a few pounds. I drink a shake right after i get up in the morning and before and after excercise and before bed as it says. I also eat cereal in the morning. I have my lunch which is usually a salad, and hardly ever have dinner. what am i doing wrong?
BEST ANSWER: I don't think this is meant to be a meal replacement. I followed the directions as you did and was not pleased the first couple days. I cut back to drinking it when I get up in the morning and 30 prior to workout. I substitue the drink post workout with high protein food. After I cut back I started to see more muscle within the same week. Also, I believe you want to eat more but smaller portions. Cutting out dinner is going to make your body fast (not good). Food is good for you. You may want to research and find a diet that fits your needs.
