Great product works extremely well. I personally have not experienced any negative side effects. Great value.

Great Product!
I've been using this for years and it appears to me to be the best value out there. I've seen other products which are yohimbe bark, but you never know how much active ingredient (yohimbine) is in a given amount of bark. I much prefer a standardized extract where I know what I'm getting. My only issue is that each capsule contains 9mg of yohimbine which is more than I typically want to take at one time. I'd prefer a lower dose, but still I've been happy with the product and its effectiveness.

dangerous supplement
I would NOT recommend this product. I took a single capsule, and about an hour later I became dizzy, very weak, had terrible cold sweats, uncontrollable shaking, nausea, stomach distress, and was seriously close to calling 911. It took several hours for the awful effects to pass, and the next day I felt like I was recovering from the flu. This stuff should be banned, and GNC investigated by the FDA and FTC for selling it.
