Best creatine/ amino blend I've taken hands down!
I can honestly say since I've been taking this for a month now I have had the best pumps and have been able to do more and more without getting muscle fatigue halfway thru my workouts. I love super setting and now that I've been using this for muscle growth and recover I can really hit harder workouts with more focus and intensity! Love it!

Med Level to High at best!
This performance works pretty good, but the taste of it is not so good, and they could provide more flavors to choose from!! But other than that, not bad.

Very Noticeable Results & Great Tasting
My daily routine is Max Interval Training (Insanity, Les Mills Body Pump etc.) first and Weight Training after.

After adding this to my stack, I started seeing very noticeable improvements after about a week in muscle: strength, endurance and recovery in both Max Interval Training and Weight Training.
In the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weeks I more consistently increased the weight and/or repetition for all upper body exercises. I was able to graduate up to the next 5 lb increment in all dumbbell exercises more quickly and my bench press has increase 5 lbs every week. Max Interval Training also noticeably improved in terms of number of pushups, burpees, and plank strength etc.

I've mostly taking as directed, taking the recommended serving after workout, but I've also been experimenting with taking 1/2 post Max Interval Training and the other 1/2 post Weight Training. I haven't noticed any difference taking it that way thus far.

I think it works well with other supplements and I specifically added pure Beta-Alanine to work with the Creatine for a one-two punch. I have however temporarily stopped taking GNC Waterex from my Vita Pak as it seems the two supplements would contradict each other; the Creatine wants to keep your muscles super hydrated and the Waterex wants to rid your body of excess water so I decided to leave them out during the cycle. I did notice some weight gain in the first week, which could have been the hydrating affects of the creatine and/or my body fully rehydrating after coming off the Waterex.

This is my first time using creatine and I'm happy with the results. I always do my research before adding a supplement. The medical science is there to support the benefits claimed.

The Fruit Punch tastes great just like you'd expect fruit punch to taste. I has also bought Blue Raspberry, but didn't care for it personally.

My full stack is:
-GNC Pro Performance AMP Men's Ripped Vita Pak Non-Stim
-GNC Pro Performance AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 Original Natural
-GNC Pro Performance AMP Amplified Creatine XXX
-Arginine AKG
-Carnosyn Beta-Alanine
-D-Aspartic Acid

Im 15 years old 6 feet 140 pounds. is creatine safe for me to use? if so how much weight should i expect to gain? Lastly does creatine cause kidney stones?
A shopper on Apr 25, 2013
BEST ANSWER: Creatine is safe for any age to use. It will cause you to gain weight, but the weight you gain is water retention, not fat or muscle. Finally, while some say that it can cause kidney stones, there is no scientific link to that claim.

I Just started taking this product, I'm curious though, once I'm down with the bottle, should I continue taking this product, or should I take a one month break and then resume? Is there a specific or recommended cycle?
A shopper on Nov 9, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Not generally speaking, GNC doesn't endorse the claims on labels. Per the instructions, "use as a dietary supplement, mix two scoops (63g)with 8 fl.oz. water, immediately after your workout. On non-training days take immediately upon waking up in the morning;" should one have concerns contact a medical professional for interaction, or usage concerns.

Should this product be mixed with hot water to help dissovle it better?
A shopper on Aug 26, 2012
BEST ANSWER: It is not necessary to mix it with hot water to help it dissolve, and could actually make it very unpleasant to drink with hot water. The formula will dissolve in regular tap water if agitated enough in a shaker bottle. Be sure you are using 8 full ounces of water to mix it with.
I've been taking this product for a month now & I don't quite see results. Is there a way you must take it?
A shopper on Aug 14, 2012
BEST ANSWER: "As a dietary supplement, mix two scoops (63g)with 8 fl.oz. water, immediatly after your workout. On non-training days take immediately upon waking up in the morning."

That said, if you've been taking this for a month, it's possible that your muscles are saturated with Creatine at this point, which is the initial point of taking it. Once you are saturated, Creatine doesn't really help past a certain point. I'm not sure what your workout routine consists of, so I'm not sure what to recommend. If you go to the gym without much of a plan, that could show smaller results than what you are looking for. If you have a workout plan and hit the gym hard, I might suggest trying a different product entirely than Creatine and go with a Mega Man variety.
Does the two scoops contain 33 grams of sugar and carbs because I have to watch both of them because of borderline diabetes.JJJJJ

Is their a loading phase for this creatine?
A shopper on Jun 26, 2012
BEST ANSWER: No loading phase is required for GNC Pro Performance AMP Creatine.
what will happen if i take this before i am 18?
A shopper on May 17, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Nothing will happen to you for using this product before age 18, the use of the product is NOT age restricted.
The serving size is 2 scoops (62.5 grams) which seems really high for everything I've seen about creatine. I know a loading phase could be 15-25 grams and then just take 5-10 grams per day to maintain it. Should there be a loading phase with this creatine? And should this serving size be what I take?
A shopper on May 12, 2012
BEST ANSWER: There is no suggestion to have to have a load up phase with this particular supplement. The serving size is two scoops or 62.5 grams mixed with water after your workout.
Now would I gain weight using this product because I am looking to lose some weight. What would be the best recommendation?
A shopper on May 10, 2012
BEST ANSWER: Creatine often causes a gain in water weight of anywhere from two to four pounds, but it will not cause you to gain fat. Creatine helps you increase strength and muscle mass. Because larger muscles burn more calories than smaller ones, creatine could theoretically help you lose excess body fat, but it is not primarily a weight loss supplement.
how much water should i be drinking after taking this product
A shopper on May 6, 2012
BEST ANSWER: As with any supplement, you should be consuming at least the equivalent of eight 8oz glasses of water per day. If you are an extreme athlete, you will need more water than this. You can judge this based on your urine color. If it is too dark, then you need to consume more water.
I have researched creatine a bit and it said that i might need to take a one week break from taking it after 1 week because it can cause my body to stop producing creatine. I have been taking this product as directed for about a week now, so do i need to stop for a week?
A shopper on May 6, 2012
BEST ANSWER: It all depends on how hard you are training. If you work out regularly, you do not need to take a break from this formula. But this should only be taken by hardcore athletes who work out regularly, and not the occasional or infrequent exerciser.
