Quercetin belongs to a class of water-soluble plant substances called flavonoids. Acting as a natural

Bromelain is a group of enzymes found in the fruit and stem of the pineapple plant. These enzymes aid in the breakdown of proteins in the body to promote a healthy inflammatory response, immune health and general wellness.† Additionally, bromelain works to promote absorption of quercetin in the body.
