Description

  • Clinically proven to reduce calorie intake
  • Boosts energy and metabolism

No more excuses - GNC Total Lean™ Appetrex Control™ is clinically shown to help control your appetite and reduce calorie intake when you need it most - at the start of your diet. This multi-action formula combines energizing herbs such as yerba mate extract and black tea with EGCG, a major thermogenic component of green tea that helps support metabolism. In addition, Appetrex Control supplies chromium that supports your metabolism by assisting insulin and important B vitamins to help your body use glucose more efficiently and metabolize fats, protein and carbohydrates. B vitamins also play an essential role in energy production; low energy levels are a key concern among dieters.

In a clinical study of 30 healthy adults (who took Appetrex Control one week followed by a placebo one week apart, or vice versa) food intake was reduced by nearly 10% when the subjects took Appetrex Control versus the placebo prior to their first meal at the start of their diet.

To help you manage your weight, we've included an easy-to-follow meal and exercise plan. Created by expert nutritionists and dietitians, this two-week meal plan provides you with 1,500 calories each day and features healthy foods.

I'm loving it!
I'm loving this product!!! I'm currently on day #3 and I've gone down 2lbs, I eat a big breakfast and no hunger throughout the day. I get full quickly when I do eat a second meal. Amazing product!

Works!
I found that Appetrex Control does work, although I did need a small adjustment period to feel myself after eating smaller portions. This product helped with the transition/routine of eating less.

Great product
This has really helped me control my appetite. I have used this along with the shakes twice a day and the burn 60 in the morning. I have lost a few pounds in two weeks but my energy has been so much higher along with generally feeling overall less sluggish and more focused. I originally intended to just try this out for three weeks and see how it went. I intend to continue this regiment into the foreseeable future. I would also note I am highly sensitive to caffeine and most weight loss programs and have had no problems with this or the burn 60.

I never received my order. I got an email saying the order was cancelled. That’s it. No explanation as to why. If this is how GNC company works, I would rather not do business with them.
