Excellent product
Decent taste, but mixes poorly.
Tried the tropical punch and the acai berry flavors. Both are fine in taste, and I appreciate how small the packet is. The taste has a hint of salt, reminiscent of gatorade, which I don't mind. I just wish it mixed as good as other types I've had. The powder tends to just collect on the bottom and stick there. I recommend using the type of shaker bottle with the loose ball inside rather than other types of mixing pieces.

Mixes Poorly
Tried this for the first time last week .I like the idea of the quick poor packs for Water bottles but this product mixes so poorly in a bottle . The only way to get the powder to fully dissolve is a shaker cup with ice or blender ball.

It actually works well
I received a sample of this hydration after using two packs over a few days I noticed a difference when I use them versus I didn't. As far as it clumping in water try using a small amount an ounce or two of warm water or room temperature Shake vigorously then add your cold water. I've tried others and we're not super impressed this is among the top three that I like.
Doesn't dissolve well
I have not been on it long enough to know if it works, but it does not dissolve very well. I've shaken, tried stirring and there's clumps that aren't very palatable. Maybe the water is too cold but I have tried LIV and Ghost and didn't have any issues

I have been using this product for about a year now. I like the Açaí Berry and Tropical Punch, it's a nice flavor and not over powering. After 6 months of use, what truly sold me on the product was when I got the flu the only thing I wanted was water, but started to get water toxicity. This product helped me rebalance my electrolytes and truly helped me get thru my sickness with ease. Love for after my workouts, or on hot summer days that I know I am going to be outside for long periods of time. Also a great way to re-hydrate after any alcohol consumption.

So, I run a lot. I usually only try to supplement hydration after 10 mile runs or longer. This has been a very helpful tool to help me feel better after the run when my body tries to cramp up. I have been using it for about a month now and love it!The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is that the flavor is a bit weak, but I'll be buying again!

Applified hydration taste great. I like to drink it before and during workouts. It mixes better in a blender bottle than just adding a packet to a bottle of water.

List of actually works compared to other competitive products. However it does not mix well at all. Cold water ,hot water or room temp- everything just clumps and settles at the bottom. Takes about 15mins of shaking to get it to dissolve. Besides that this stuff is great. Not too intense of a taste which makes it easier to consume.

This stuff is a step above other products like it. I felt a lot more stamina while running in mild heat, it keeps me feeling cooler and It gives a brilliant burst of sustained energy. This is a great product to pair with a pre-workout.
Does not mix well at all.
I really don't understand the positive reviews of this product (which all seem to be part of some promotion), it does not mix at all. I can tear open any of the competitors' packets, dump the contents in a bottle of cold water, shake it 3-5 times and it is fully mixed. This never mixes and as soon as you stop shaking the powder all falls out of suspension. I normally trust GNC brand products and really wanted to like this, but it is not a great product at all.
