I LOVE it and am very frustrated that GNC is discontinuing another great product. I used to use the Womens Energy vitapak and GNC discontinued that a couple of years ago. Better than the new version of this product!
Best combination of vitamins for women over 50...includes co-Q-10, Omega 3's, Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium and Turmeric Root. Plus many other nutrients that are necessary. I haven't found anything on the market that gets all of these in good dosage. The new version of this doesn't have Turmeric or quite enough Calcium.

I always think of supplements as a preventative measure and am always surprised when I actually notice a difference. I'm noticing I feel better overall. They don't smell like vitamins to me. I don't get sick after taking them. I take them most days. I forget to take them about once a week. I was previously getting my supplement packs from Care/Of but they went out of business. I want vitamin packs because I don't want to have a counter full of bottles.

These are not that good and they have gone up $10 not worth it
Women's50 Plus Vitapak
Re the Women's 50 Plus VitaPak, there is calcium in the vitamin tablets and you also have a separate calcium tablet. Therefore, given current medical guidance on the amount of calcium that can be absorbed at a time, your directions should clearyl say Do Not Take the Calcium Tablet With Other Items in Your Vitapak. Take the Calcium Separately, Either After Another Meal or at Bedtime with a Snack. It wouldn't hurt to say that you might wish to take additional vitamin D with the separate calcium
GREAT VITAMIN AND SUPPLEMENT PROGRAM
This is a great vitamin and supplement program for women as they are getting older. When part of a sensible diet, regular exercise, this product includes everything we need to keep us healthy! Just wish you'd offer the BOGO option more often, or discounts for "regular buyers" such as myself who have been purchasing this for many, many years! It does get a bit expensive when you're on a fixed income.
