Fish Oil Burps!
I love the all in one package for convenience however I did give the 50+ MVI package a #4. The reason is due to the fact the fish oil is not burpless! I've tried freezing the fish oil, I've tried eating prior but either way it's a fishy belch all day. Please make the fish oil vitamin in a burpless form for the sake of one's health and other's around them.

I always think of supplements as a preventative measure and am always surprised when I actually notice a difference. I'm noticing I feel better overall. They don't smell like vitamins to me. I don't get sick after taking them. I take them most days. I forget to take them about once a week. I was previously getting my supplement packs from Care/Of but they went out of business. I want vitamin packs because I don't want to have a counter full of bottles.

Therefore, given current medical guidance on the amount of calcium that can be absorbed at a time, your directions should clearyl say Do Not Take the Calcium Tablet With Other Items in Your Vitapak. Take the Calcium Separately, Either After Another Meal or at Bedtime with a Snack. It wouldn't hurt to say that you might wish to take additional vitamin D with the separate calcium
