Change in taste
These used to have a berry like aftertaste even though the color is green. Now the aftertaste is mint. I can't stand mint. Do not enjoy the aftertaste. But with that said I believe the quality is still good.
Great vitamins and easy on the stomach
2 a day gives me the energy I need to keep up with my 12 yr old. I can get my daily chores done and my 3 mile walk per day. I usually take them after having a bowl of cereal, yogurt or a heavier meal, it doesn't upset my stomach, as long as I have some food first. I did notice that my fingernails grow faster with the vitamin.

Not For Me
I turned the big five oh this year and thought I would try this. My experience with GNC multivitamins for women have been exceptional up to this point, I really don't feel like they are doing much for me. Previously I was taking Ultra Mega Women energy & metabolism and from the very first day I felt more energy and just overall better. I am going to go back to what was working for this five oh.
