♦In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 70 men and women took a placebo or AfperFIT and followed their routine diet and exercise regimen for 12 weeks. Results from an ITT analysis of covariance showed that the increase above pre-treatment in those taking AfperFIT burned an additional 171 more calories per day (225.5 calories per day vs 54.32 calories per day) than the placebo group after 12 weeks.

I have used SLIMVANCE products a couple of times over recent years and have experienced positive results. A quality product of good intentions; SLIMVANCE provides the help you need to do, to get the work done to improve your health.
Worked well for me.
Yes it was a lot of diet, exercise but I truly feel that this helped me lose 35 lbs in 3 months. I worked out about 6/7 times a week, really watched what I ate, very minimum alcohol. I mostly took 2 pills once, 30 minutes prior to my work out in the morning. I felt the difference from when I took it and the few days I didn't, also more focused at work.
Old formula was better
The newer formula is nowhere near as effective as the previous version. Might be better for someone wanting a lose dose stimulant.

Took as directed for two months and didn't lose an ounce. Don't waste your money!
I bought these pills a week ago and I lost three and a half pounds which I was very happy about. I went to GNC looking for a product to help me lose weight I initially was 268 and went down to 252 before taking this I have stopped losing weight I couldn't drop anymore and since I started taking this within a week I lost three and a half pounds I have noticed since I've taken these I don't get as hungry which is something that they told me when I purchased this product that was going to happen to me but taking this product has also motivated me to now eat healthier be more wise with the types of foods that I eat and I think that's what's helping out too I think a lot of people sometimes think that you just have to take these products and you will start losing weight on your own which I know that's not true just like we take these pills I do believe we also have to put in our part and effort and hard work to see results I'll drop another review in the month with an update to see if they still keep helping but as for now it's a five star.
This product has helped me and my wife lose fat off our body's. Great product.
