^In a randomized, double blind, placebo-controlled study of 112 healthy volunteers, subjects taking the GNC vitamin and mineral blends for six weeks experienced significant improvements in serum levels of certain key ingredients compared to a placebo and a leading multivitamin formula based upon multivariate statistical analysis of a group of B vitamins (thiamin, niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, biotic, folic acid and vitamins B-6 and B-12) and key antioxidants and carotenoids (a group of beta-carotene, alpha tocopherol, selenium, lutein and lycopene). Statistical improvements in SF-36 Vitality and Mental Health scored were also observed compared to placebo.
♦In a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled cross over study, 19 volunteers consumed 3 doses of Resvida (30mg, 90 mg, 270mg) and a placebo at weekly intervals. Flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) of the brachial artery was measured one hour after ingestion of each treatment and was significantly increased at all 3 doses relative to placebo. 30 mg of Resvida demonstrated 2.5% greater increase in FMD relative to placebo.

Not ideal for gym performance or motivation!
I bought this thinking "Performance & Vitality" meant better gym motivation and strength. Overall health
I have been taking this for over a year. My doctor was extremely impressed by my recent bloodwork. I try to walk my 10k steps a day as well but I do say this helped me with my diabetes & with the walking! I would say after 3 to 5 months I did see a difference in overall health. I am 53 years old.

Best supplements I have taken and everything you need is in one pack. I do add advanced testosterone to round out my regime. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

If there is a chronic ED, I had it. With the exception of 3 times, I havent experienced a consistent erection waking up or sexually since 2012. I and I've tried everything. Blood pressure went sky high and chest pain like crazy.
Have noticed very little effect compared to taking nothing. Did notice that fish oil capsule was hard to swallow, but they have been for many years.

I've tried several multivitamins and this one delivers everything it says. I have more energy and have been able to exercise and stop taking blood pressure medicine.
Gives me the extra boost in the day without the caffeine. But not the same as the original. It gave you 2 extra in the pack. That seemed to work better . Why did hnc change the original. I will be look else where for my vitamins.
