My husband has been taking these and says he feels a little bit of a difference so far starting. He is going to continue to take them for longer term results and has felt way more energy. He said they don't have a bad taste like others do when he would take them.

My husband started taking these after I started taking these after I kept going on and on about what I liked about taking the women's 30+ vitapak. He loves these vitamins. He works 12hrs a day and if often exhausted by midday, but since he has started these vitamins he has had more energy than ever. The midday slump is gone, he powers through his day doing great, and at night he doesn't feel worn out or exhausted, but he has been sleeping peacefully and feeling rested. We are on our second box
