My teens have been using this product for a number of years and they live the taste! The amount of vitamins in them seem adequate for their needs.

Not a lot of choice in the realm of teen vitamins but these are the best we have tried for the price. Not sure why they can't cram all the vitamins necessary into one chewable instead of two but apparently they can not. So I have to buy twice as much twice as often because I have two teens. I have my suspicions as to the reason why. However, that being said, it is far more enjoyable for my teens to eat two gummies as opposed to swallowing two horsepill sized teen vitamins that taste terrible
