Literally the best thing you can buy when it comes to mass and weight gain.! Not for the faint of heart.! This stuff will make you gain weight fast.! Recommend the directed use and in 2-3 weeks you'll see a major difference.! Can't get enough of this stuff.! I only wish they made the Strawberry kind in the Value Size.! Love the Vanilla not to big on the chocolate but still they both taste Great.!!

I see weight gain, I suggest adding chia seeds and flex seeds with almond milk. I don't feel bloating after making it this way.

Much better than the vanilla imo. I learned if you don't oversaturate the water with powder it dissolves great! took a lot of trial and error. Four ice cubes per scoop makes it perfect for me personally.

Changed the formula again<br />Now a fine powder, use to be like a cake mix. <br />When you open or close the bag the powder goes everywhere as well as when you put it in the shaker, just floats out. They need to bring back the original formula thus one seems ineffective.
