Awesome not sweet clean protein for your coffee
My trainer recommended this and I really like it. I love that I can add it to my morning coffee (after letting it cool just a bit) and start my day with some clean, good tasting, not fake-sweet protein. My favorite is the double rich chocolate but I am keen to try the vanilla too. It dissolves easily in milk without a blender and is the least fake-sugar tasting protein I've tried. Well done.

Good flavor - Extreme Milk Chocolate
I like this flavor. Mix pretty easily overall. I drink it with low fat milk to add a little more protein. Would recommend this brand. Now I want to try other flavors.

A great fuel for a healthy body?
I have been using Gold Standard Whey protein powder on and off for years now? I recently turned 68 and wanted to step up my health regiment another notch. I subscribed to the GNC refill program to have the protein powder shipped to me on a consistent basis as to have more of a commitment to keeping on track.. I mix it with almond milk as well as my smoothies.. On occasion after run / walking I mix it with filtered water.. It mixes very well with water but I prefer the almond milk overall. It's a great meal alternative.
