I like the taste of it for sure! But why does the container have to be so big when the product doesn't fill it? This bottle won't fit on the shelf in the cupboard!

Strawberry cream ????

I've been using wheybolic before this new improvement and the strawberry and cream flavor. Better tasting. Mixes sooo much better and can't wait for the results. Mix with water is best in my opinion.

New Classic Vanilla Not as Good

I have used Wheybolic for years and my go-to is the Classic Vanilla because it tastes good and mixes well with any fruit or other additions. The new blend is rather tasteless and my standard post workout shake is relatively bland. I will try adding more vanilla but must say that I will likely try some others on the market despite using GNC solely for the last 15 years. Suggestions would be appreciated with how ro improve the flavor unless there is a bad batch out there that I may have received

Works great but the after taste is horrible. Was hoping unflavored would just mix in well, but there is a taste and it overpowers what you mix it with and has a powerful after taste. But the product itself works great and is worth the few seconds of post drink taste.

Really good protein powder, but just not the salted caramel apple. It doesn't taste anything like it and just tastes more artificially sweet. I'll continue to buy because the protein to calories is spot on for my goals and it really does fuel the muscles after heavy lifting, but just not that flavor

Great product, not good flavor

Flavor leaves bitter after taste in mouth, if I add peanut butter powder or break down with chocolate milk it's definitely more palatable.

Good, but...

While I am very pleased that Wheybolic uses protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein as its protein sources and has additional leucine (which at age 70 I need), the flavor is best when mixed with something, the texture does not dissolve readily (though with time or shaking it will dissolve) and there are quite a few ingredients other than the protein which are not natural.

This stuff tastes awful. It's got a strange background taste and it's bitter as well. If you were expecting the taste of a familiar Girl Scout cookie you'll be disappointed.

I like the flavor but it's a bit on the sweeter side so it's more tolerable with 20 fl oz+ of water

DO NOT BUY

Honestly, this is some of the worst protein powder I've ever had. I bought two tubs because of the buy one get one half off deal, and I really regret it. I got the Strawberry and Cream and Coconut Caramel flavors, and honestly, they both taste terrible. The aftertaste even tastes like soap. I've been struggling to drink them because of how bad they taste. I've tried making shakes with them but it doesn't help. The main reason I'm writing this review is because almost every time I drink one, my stomach hurts and I've even thrown up.

Worst Flavor Protein Powder

Love GNC and most of their products, but sad to say this is by far the most disgusting protein powder I have ever had. I normally buy Dymatize because my stomach can only handle hydrolyzed protein, but was looking for something cheaper. I bought it on sale in store and now it makes sense why it was on sale. It tastes nothing like peanut butter at all, and the aftertaste is miserable. I've actually thrown up twice due to lingering aftertaste and bloat. Lesson learned? it's worth the extra money to get a hydrolyzed protein that actually digests well and tastes decent.

VERY sweet

OOF this is so sweet. I read the reviews and took the risk. Bought 2x big buckets of chocolate fudge. Just took the first swig now and immediately jumped on the laptop. Can't speak on physical results yet but really wasn't expecting it to be like this. It's like drinking maple syrup. I always go with GNC PRO 100% Whey (love it. stand by it. die by it.). Decided I'd try something new.

This protein has a good taste, and the proposed benefits seem to be true compared to other brands I've tried. More efficient absorption. The only issue is the scoop. The design is not great at all, it's really oblong and just spills everywhere when you try to pour it into your cup.

I usually don't bother writing reviews, but this one deserves it-for all the wrong reasons. I've tried a lot of protein powders, but never has it been this hard to get through a box. The taste is honestly terrible-overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being straight-up unpleasant. Every time I mix a shake, I dread drinking it.The lady at GNC hyped it up, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Big mistake. I'm about three-quarters through the tub and I'm ready to just toss the rest-I physically can't drink it anymore. Not buying this again.

I've tried other protein powders in the past that have caused gastric distress. That is not the case with GNC Wheybolic protein. I love the banana milkshake and cookies and cream flavors! Since taking these I feel like I have gained lean mass, and I've gone up in weight on all my lifts. I think the added lucine in this whey formula definitely contributes to better gains.
