Good but...
Being 58yrs old, I feel this has helped me to get in shape, using it pre or post workout. The gummy worm flavor has a good taste. I would prefer orange or blue raspberry myself.My biggest is the issue is with the packaging engineer and marketing team that said let's make a tall narrow container and put in a scoop with a short handle. Either widen the container for adult hands or put in a longer scoop. I pour it in my own reusable containers to make it easy.
