Great pre for the money

Affordable and effective. Gives a slight "jitter" feeling that passes quickly. I love the flavor of the gummy worm, not too strong or too sweet.

I have used version 1 since 2021 and loved it this new version sucks and the mango orange was the best flavor. Please stop supporting version two as it sucks and does not hit the same way version 1 did

My favorite so far!

Great taste compared to may other pre-workouts. A little on the sweet side but at least it's not a bad flavor. I can feel the difference when I take this pre-workout and when I don't during my routine.

OG is better.

I'll stick with the OG formula. This formula does not taste like the flavors and a lot more sour.

"Beyond raw." We all have tried strawberrys before, am I right? For my pick I chose gummy worms. It taste just like the pack from the store.

I never received my V1 lit pre-workout. It was lost and your customer service was horrible when I called. After two weeks of waiting, I finally got someone to give me a refund, which I still have not seen in my bank account. I can't imagine anyone ever ordering from GNC online ever again.

Pre workout

I was pretty underwhelmed with GNC Lit 2.0, especially considering the price point. The pump just isn't there - even on higher scoops, I didn't get the fullness or vascularity I expect from a solid pre-workout. The caffeine also feels weaker than advertised; the energy is mild and fades quickly instead of delivering a strong, sustained boost. For something that's priced higher than many competitors, the performance doesn't match the hype. Overall, it feels like a low-tier pre-workout being sold at a premium price. Not worth it unless you're very sensitive to stimulants.

Can not get past the taste. At least the apple flavor

This is my go to pre workout powder that I use before my workout. I like the flavor n it mixes well with any liquid of your choice. Doesn't clump up and no after taste I use a variety of beyond raw products

Get HIT with LIT!

I've tried many different pre-workouts and this definitely HITS! Gets me through the push phase when I'm feeling tired. I will be purchasing again in the future!

Absolutely awful

This taste is absolutely awful, and I am hoping to return it. There is no way that I will be able to finish the entire thing.

I've been using v1 gummy worm for a long time. I like that it doesn't my my skin crawl when I take it and that during workouts I hit my max fatigue but feel like I could keep going. It is simple and gets me through my last reps. If you look any further than lit, youre wasting your money. Although id like it a Lil bit cheaper, its worth every penny. 25+ years actually training, like actually. Best out there.

Not a fan?

Is it just the fact that they are all that same milky clear color, that all the flavors taste exactly the same? Blue raspberry is blue, Gummy worm is green, etc?

I saw the reviews before purchasing but decided to still give it a try. I agree with everyone who said it was a step backwards. This V2 is not better than the V1. Very good product

Works, doesn't dissolve entirely, light flavor.

I gave this a try in November, replacing the C4 I typically purchase. The flavor is very ok, like a little more pineapple taste. Also the recommended dosage of one scoop doesn't dissolve in 8oz of water. I typically end up doing 10-12 oz and then adding more after to drink during my work out.

Don't get the pump like V1

Glad my gnc still has V1. The v2 pump doesn't hit like v1. Time to look for a new pre workout. Also I've been on the V1 for 3+ years with only one scoop, that pump never went away. The V2 I need to take atleast another half to a second scoop to get the same pump.

LAME!!!! How do you ruin something so good. GNC cheapest out on something, probably to save cost. The original formula is much better and now I'll have to look for something different unless GNC goes and swaps it back. Rollback to V1

I've been using Beyond Raw LIT for 3 years with the original formula. I switched to the V2 formula last month and immediately noticed the difference and not in a good way. The V2 formula is noticeably weaker across the board. The energy boost I relied on is diminished, my focus during workouts isn't as sharp, and the pump that made the original formula great is completely missing. I purchased the gummy worm flavor, but it has a strong chemical taste that reminds me of burnt plastic. I hope the formula can be improved because the concept is fun.

The worms crawl in...

I've always been a fruit punch guy, couldn't find any other flavors I liked. The Gummy Worm flavor is just like the candy. I get a nice boost with Lit and I stay focused even during my long and hard workouts. I have noticed a good uptick in my performance and I can't complain about the gains I'm seeing.

Good upgrades on my already favorite pre!

Lit is my go-to PWO. I try others but always go back to LIT, and now that this has Cognizin in it, I love it even more. Gives me the mind clarity/focus/ drive which I LOVE to get me going in the gym. All the flavors are good here, but Gummy worm is one of the best

Passion Orange Guava is awesome! Love the new flavors and formula upgrade. Formula changes make me hesitant but they improved all the right things. Will still be my go to and can't wait to try Gummy Shark next

Excellent Upgrade

After using LIT for several years, I was hesitant to try the new version.... but LIT "V2" is a great step up from the original. The focus is much better than before, and the muscle pump is even more noticeable. It gets me through my lifts with ease. The flavor is also excellent, with Passion Orange Guava being my personal favorite.

After using Ghost for years I needed something with a bit more of a kick and man dose this provide. It gives you a nice steady release of caffeine through the entire workout and doesn't give you the itchy feeling other pres do.

Great formula upgrade

Really like the new V2 formula. Upping most of the ingredients and adding Cognizin takes this to the next level. And I like that they kept the caffeine at 250mg so it's not just a stim bomb.

Does what it says it does

I was a little suspicious of the claim - changing colors and flavors by shaking seemed a little unlikely. At best, I thought the change would be minute. There was entirely a noticeable change though! It did what it claimed, from lemonade to sour apple, and the color noticeably changed as well. Both flavors are tasty, and it meets the LIT standard as a pre.

Both the lemonade and the green apple had a very nice flavor. The green apple was sweeter than lemonade, of course, but that's to be expected. This was a fun product to try but the only thing I would change is that you should have to shake it a little harder to switch it to green apple, since many people initially shake the powder to mix it, and you don't want to accidentally change flavors when you're not meaning to.Now, if we could just get fun stuff like this in Lit AF too, we'd be good to go!
