I really like this prebiotic. I've been taking it every day and I've had no issues with it at all. As a matter of fact, it seems to even help with my lactose intolerance. While it doesn't make you magically lose weight, it helps facilitate the process with healthy eating and exercise. Since I started I've lost a few pounds but again, that's combined with a change of lifestyle.

Maybe absolutely coincidence. My Job requires semi-annual weigh ins & body fat test. Last 10 years as I have age it's getting harder to maintain despite the same routine disciplined diet & fitness practices throughout my career. Now I'm older and decided to search help from supplements- This being the only recent change adding this. So, after using this my weigh in and the last, body fat test were easily under before test deadlines. I'm just wondering if this really is the difference. It's the only change I made to my overall health practices so I'm pointing to this right now.

I've taken probiotics for years, and I must say, I really like this one. The fact that it doesn't require refrigeration is a bonus!

So far I've noticed things ?? moving better more so then with my previous probiotics. As far as the weight loss aspect, no difference

This probiotic has been great. I have been experience bowel issues and bloating but since taking this they seem less and less each day which is amazing.

This is a fabulous probiotic! I was skeptical at first because it doesn't need to be refrigerated, but it really doesn't and still works great to promote gut health and I'm down 3lbs!
