We take 600mg of Alpha Lipoic Acid per day to prevent muscle cramps. It doesn’t prevent them entirely but cuts incidence way down.

I take 600 Mg Alpha Iipoic Acid and b12 complex every day for neuropathy<br />pain.<br />It really helps.<br />The 600 Mg tablet was hard to swallow. Two 300 Mg are a lot easier to handle.
