I've been using this for many moons now. Add a tablespoon to your favorite sport drink while at the gym. You need this while working out to build muscle. No flavor which is preferred. Does its job.

I received a spoiled product, and GNC customer service refused to replace it for me. It smelled and tasted AWFUL, like no other creatine monohydrate I had before.
