Doesn’t mix well. There’s always some “sand” left over in the cup or bottle.

This is the first and only creatine I've ever taken. My experience has been great. It has no flavor or odor, and dissolves easily enough in my protein. I noticed that I was dehydrating during the loading phase pretty badly and suffered some constipation, despite my water intake. That passed and all is well. Definitely noticed a jump in my strength gains, endurance, recovery, and overall larger muscles. Feels great. Water and Stretching are crucial when taking this supplement.

I like the Nutro Bio brand of products, because they are some of the cleanest available. The Creatine mixes easy with any liquid, and since it is unflavored, you get no taste. I have been using it for a few months now, and like the results. It does what it is supposed to do. I would recommend this product to other people.

DONT GET! One scoop which is recommend contains 800 mg 1000 mg make a g. You need about 5 mg of creatine for it to work prooperly. Use creatine monohydrate one scoop contains the 5g. However In my first week of use. No super big chances in my body, but my weight has been going up.
