I immediately noticed strength, endurance gains within the first 5-7 days. I was able to lift bout 8-10 pounds more on each exercise and I would not get fatigued as quickly as i did before taking this creatine. If you have trouble putting on mass or just want to get stronger this and whey protein is literally all you need and a good pre workout of course.

Great product, outrageous price increase
Great product but it has nearly doubled in cost since March of 2022. I purchased 114 servings for $44.99 and GNC is now asking $74.99 which is ludicrous. I have been taking Creatine for years and sadly will most likely stop taking due to the ridiculous cost now and it is no longer a sustainable supplement to purchase.

It's Creatine, does not come with a scoop.
I thought based on the serving size description that it would come with a scoop, it did not. Also it does not 100% dissolve and it appears to leave a dusting at the bottom of my glass no matter how much water I add to the glass. I don't know if it is placebo or not but I feel like I recover quicker already while taking just 3grams per day. I'm 6' 4" 190 pounds, from my research 3g per day is plenty for my needs. I will buy again when I run out.
