Don't order from the online service
The Online store sent my order to an old address despite the fact that I had updated my address. They would not refund my $200 and were rude and unprofessional. Go to your local GNC instead of the online store; they are separate entities. If you use the online service then be sure to pay with a credit card so that you can protect yourself from their negligence and refusal to take responsibility if a mistake occurs.This is otherwise a great product; five stars for my local GNC.

Strong stuff
Do NOT take after lunch. Woke up at 6a, took half the pack, took the other half after I ate lunch, when to sleep at 3am. Took a day off, and did the same thing, same results. Third time took them all at 6a, no jitters, but was wide awake at midnight. Good stuff. Just have to cut the pack in half for me. 38 year old. 200#

It has good supplements. However, does not burn as much calories than Men's ripped training supplements. I like the Men's extreme training supplements it has a complete set of vitamins and minerals.

took the whole pack all at once the first couple days and was a good rush!!!! almost to much, now i break it up half in the AM and half at lunch. these actually work paid 105$ for 2 months so not that bad
