It's got everything but taste.

I am sure it's got just about everything I want but it does not have grape seed. However grape seed could contribute to a better taste. I like it but it's time to pitch because it's one of those with a horrific awful taste that leaves you feeling sick to your stomach and if that was not bad enough they want you to take two of them. That awful taste just lingers after you take it. I am not crazy about apple cider vinegar but I'd rather drink it than take just two of these. omg.

It raised my blood sugar from the normal 100-150 up to over 400. I do NOT recommend this product. If you are looking for something to help with diabetes, I have been drinking green tea and it has helped me a lot more than anything I have tried.

I've been using this for a couple of years and my doctor took me off of them. a blood sugar actually was lower not taking the vitamins. Just a test I took them again for a day or so and Spike my blood sugar up about 30 points.
