I've been using this for many moons now. Add a tablespoon to your favorite sport drink while at the gym. You need this while working out to build muscle. No flavor which is preferred. Does its job.

I received a spoiled product, and GNC customer service refused to replace it for me. It smelled and tasted AWFUL, like no other creatine monohydrate I had before. Customer service had me on the phone for 26 minutes reading them numbers and taking pictures before deciding they werent going to do anything about it. I'd highly advise not buying creatine from GNC.
