GNC & Dr. Stoppani's book
It was a *very* good idea that GNC stocks/sells Dr. Stoppani's book! I am glad that I can get a book to use for my training at the same place where I can buy my supplements for my training. Having both will help boost my success!

Train smarter and harder with Jim Stoppani. This book is a great resource for anyone interested in strength training and bodybuilding. Nearly 400 exercises demonstrated by Stoppani and others. The book is a great complement to the JYM Supplement Science products available from GNC. Highly recommended!

I just received this book and skimmed over it last night. This book has anything and everything you want to know about working out and more workout styles than I ever knew existed!
And I thought I knew a lot. It will definitely take me a while to really absorb all the information he has put into this book!
