Delicious, but not cost efficient
I tried the sliced apple, it tastes amazing, just wish is was more cost efficient than the powder pre-workout... Also wish they had all these flavors for the powdered pre-workout.

Very Solid
Got one of these in my GNC Pro Box last month. I'm used to the powder version of LIT. This was carbonated and a nice change. Not sure which version I prefer more but definitely thumbs up on both. The whole Beyond Raw line is awesome!

Great pre-workout for a boxer
I drink a can of Lit on the go about an hour before my afternoon training session which includes bag work, sparring, drills, weights and cardio drills. This drink keeps my energy high. I love the tingle feeling as well.

BEST ANSWER: At the store front that I go to you can buy the cans individually yes, I would believe it would be the same for stores near you. However I don’t believe there is an option for individual purchases online. Hope this helps!
