Mix 1 scoop of Pump Fuel® with 16 fl. oz. - 20 fl. oz. of cold water (adjust to taste) and consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout. FORBEST Results: take Pump Fuel® on an empty stomach. Limit use to no more than 1 serving (1 Scoop) in a 24 hour period. To be used as part of a physical conditioning program.
