Would not recommend this product. Tastes horrible. Can't even get it down as a shot. What little I could get down didn't help with leg cramps.

Great product. Just like the name says. No more cramps for me.
Medications dehydrated me and nothing I tried could stop the cramps. No one had an answer for me. After some searching online, this GNC product popped up. Tried it and problem solved. I highly recommend it for dehydration cramps.
