Does this product nourish the hair and keep it healthy? And does it maintain the frizz and define the curls?

BEST ANSWER: The product has a creamy consistency... not to thick and definitely not watery. I love this product. It is perfect for wavy or curly hair. Tames the frizz and creates a more beautiful curl.. after I apply this to my damp hair, I also follow up with Moroccan oil. This is a great defrizz combo.
