Great Salmon Oil but the soft gel capsules are a bit too large
Yes, I would recommend these Carlson Brand Natural Norwegian Salmon Oil Soft Gel Capsules to a friend because they are natural and good for your heart, brain, joint, and vision. Also the soft gel capsules are edible but a little too hard to swallow due to their large size. I chew them until the oil seeps out of them and swallow the oil. Then I throw away the left over shell, but that's just how I do it.

The taste of the salmon oil really isn't that bad. It's just tastes a little fishy; less than when compared to regular fish oil.
