Fits the bill
I have been using Gnc protein for 10 years. I think I like the old version better. I like low fat/ cholesterol/sugar. This fits that ok.

What kind of milk?
LaNell H on Aug 8, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I am not an expert, but it depends on your goals. I want to lose weight, so I mix mine with water. The chocolate frosting one tastes great with water. I could also use skin milk if I wanted to fully substitute a meal and add some fruits to it. You can do different things depending on the purpose. Some people want to gain muscle so they will add losts of stuff in it.
