Working well
I started taking this probiotic a few months ago and my ulcerative colitis symptoms have virtually disappeared. I also stopped drinking milk and started taking a CBD oil. The combo is working so well I don't even care which one helped or if all three was the key!!

Can I take both capsules at the same time or is it important that I take them at separate times?
Nicola F on Feb 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: I would take one at a time to see if you developed any stomach issues. If you don’t notice any, you could then take the two capsules, again looking for any stomach reactions that might occur. In either case, I recommend taking these with something to eat, not on an empty stomach.
Will this interfere with a antibiotic ?
A shopper on Jan 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No but take it 2-3 days after you finish the antibiotic, else the antibiotic will continue to wipe away even the good bacteria. No sense wasting your money.
Is this gluten free?
Kim W on Apr 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No; all probiotics, even the ones that advertise "gluten free" have trace amounts. However, unless you actually have extreme sensitivity to gluten (if you fall into that 1% of the population who has celiac disease) you won't notice it. If anything, taking probiotics regularly will improve any intolerances that you have because healthy bacteria regulate histamine in the body meaning less allergies, stronger immunity, and less inflammation.
