Good product at good price
Took a long time to find a B complex that tasted good and was in liquid form, for my son with Autism. This one has the right combination of ingredients as well.

B-Complex is the Best!
I highly recommend this product. If I go a day without it I feel sluggish. It is a great source of B-vitamins and awesome daily supplement.

Really Helps Me
I am someone who had a severe b-12 effieciency . It took a long time to get diagnosed and it left me with many problems both mental and physical. I have taken b-12 supplements from gnc. This the best one yet. I started taking it every morning upon awakening. I feel like I have woken up and I feel like doing things where before I just felt like laying down all day. I am just now getting used to getting into a lifestyle of moving around and doing things. I am also excercise and trying to run something I have never had the energy to do no matter how much I was determined to do. This is making a difference for me.

does this product contact folate acid?

BEST ANSWER: GNC B-Complex does not have folate acid in it.
Is this liquid B-Complex absorbed, when used sub-lingual? My mom has been diagnosed with an absorption difficulty pertaining to B vitamins, when taken internally. she is missing the " intrinsic factor " that assists in breakdown of the B vitamins. She has received B by shots, but I am looking for an alternate method of using B-Complex, rather than shots.

BEST ANSWER: Label directions state to take directly or mix in water, juice or a favorite beverage. Using sub-lingual (under the tongue) is another way to take it. Absorption for any of these methods may be the same.
