Cold Cucumber Yogurt Soup Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. cumin
  • 1 scoop GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein (unflavored)
  • 2 tsp. fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS

Combine cucumber, yogurt, salt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, and Whey Protein in the blender or food processor and process to desired consistency. Add mint, dill and parsley; mix just enough to combine. Chill for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
