High Protein Flaxseed Muffins Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Tbsp. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. milled flaxseeds
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 scoops GNC Total Lean Lean Shake 25 (French Vanilla)
  • ½ Tbsp. baking powder
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp. honey
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine water and flaxseeds in a blender and let stand for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and secure lid. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds or until ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Divide mixture into nonstick cupcake tin and bake uncovered for 20–30 minutes, or until tops are golden brown.
