INGREDIENTS
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 (15-ounce) cans of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 scoops GNC Earth Genius Soy Protein - Unflavored
  • Add paprika to taste
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid. Blend until smooth.
