Protein Pumpkin Soup with Whey Protein Recipe

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ small onion, peeled and quartered
  • ½ apple, peeled and cored
  • 2 cups canned pumpkin
  • 4 scoops GNC Pro Performance® 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon dried sage
  • ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients, except whipping cream, in a blender. Secure lid and blend until smooth. Add the whipping cream and blend for an additional 10–15 seconds. Transfer to large pot and heat on low. Serve warm.
