Quinoa Protein Bites

Looking to pack more plant-based protein into your meal plan? These Quinoa Protein Bites make it easy. This recipe combines GNC’s Total Lean® Vegan Lean Shake 25 with a variety of grains, seeds and honey, resulting in a flavorful, gluten-free snack that is vegetarian friendly. You won’t be able to have just one!

Put protein powder, almond butter and honey in a food processor and mix well. Add quinoa, oats, pumpkin seeds and flax to the food processor. Add 1 tbsp. of water, then continue to pulse.

Using a cookie scoop, portion bites onto parchment paper. Roll into balls. Place in the freezer or eat immediately.

Tip: To make this recipe vegan, simply substitute agave instead of using honey.
