Spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 8 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 scoops Unflavored GNC Pro

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the garlic and jalapeño in a blender and secure lid. Blend until minced. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer to oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
