INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup jarred roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup jarred artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 scoops GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Unflavored
DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and secure lid. Pulse briefly to chop.
