Always check “Other Ingredients” section
Probiotic wise, it is a great probiotic and I like the ingredient elevATP it acts like creatine and it is clinically dose so it actually works. However, doing further research, I found out that in the “Other Ingredients” section, titanium dioxide is listed. Titamium dioxide is a mineral whitener and it is classified as a carcinogen. I bet it is in small amounts and will not do much harm but I prefer to avoid anything that can possibly later down the road affect my health in a negative way. It is up to you if you don’t mind the titanium dioxide.
