Can this item be mixed with juice, coffee or tea. What about in a smoothie? Thanks
A shopper on Mar 26, 2014
BEST ANSWER: This would be appropriate to mix into a smoothie, where the fat content would be less noticable than the other beverages, which are mostly water.
Can I bake and/or cook with this flax seed oil? Basically, will high heat ruin the product or compromise its quality? Thank you!
A shopper on Mar 12, 2014
BEST ANSWER: No, you can't bake, cook or use this like a regular oil because this a cold-pressed oil which means it can be put to any food without cooking.
Is the oil made without gelatin?

I recently purchased a 8oz bottle of Flax Seed Oil, certified organic oil-not the pills. I have searched the bottle top to bottom and cannot find the amount to be used each day. I plan to put it in my morning juice ( juicing machine). So what is the recommended daily amount? thanks Vicki

BEST ANSWER: Serving size for liquid Flax Oil is 1 Tablespoon (which contains approx. 8-grams of ALA).
