Great product!
Is helping my inflammation tremendously! I have meniscus issues that required surgery last year and after I started taking this supplement my typical daily pain is nearly gone.

Maybe it works
My knees don't hurt as much since taking this product for 2 months. Maybe it is is the tumeric that has caused the reduction in pain and increased flexibility. Not going to stop taking this product to find out what happens then however.

I have been taking this for years, one 500mg capsule a day, to help alleviate symptoms of psoriasis. It reduces the severity of my symptoms by at least 50%. Other brands of turmeric capsules that I have tried have been completely ineffective. I suspect it's because the GNC brand doesn't process out the curcumin like some other brands. At any rate it works for me. I would recommend giving it a try if you suffer from psoriasis. It takes about a week to experience improvement in the severity of symptoms .

GNC Herbal Plus Turmeric Curcumin
I have a lot of swelling and pain in my hands and fingers and had read where this herb can help alleviate the discomfort. I have been using it for at least 1 year and find that it does help, it has not cured the problem but It definitely has improved the mobility in my hands. I am always looking for more natural alternatives to over the counter pain medication. I would recommend this.

I've only been taking this for about 10 days now, but it seems to be very helpful. I was looking for an alternative to Prednisone and found this on-line. Share the information with my doctor and she agreed I should try it. It can't hurt and seems to help with inflammation. Have had no heavy coughing spells. So I'll keep it up. Researching I found this and it seems to have the highest amount of the ingredient.
