Great for Inflammation!
The tumeric powder is potent. But you have to use it everyday for maximum results. It's best with hot items (i.e. soup, tea, oatmeal).

Is there non organic tumeric powder?
Is tumeric powder good for dark elbows?
BEST ANSWER: I purchased this for a similar issue, however, it stained everything and was very messy. I didnt use it long enough to see any results.

Confused on how many servings there are in a four ounce package.
Package shows 56 servings best I can come up with is 4oz will only get around 23 tsp. Is that a typo?
